Place your bids - the PTSA Auction is now open!
The PTSA Auction is open! Click here to bid on gift certificates for restaurants, spas, tours, family and date night activities and much more! All proceeds from the auction go to Project Graduation to fund activities at the event such as a photo booth, spa, casino, gaming, swimming, comedy hypnotist, food, and other fun stuff! Statistics show that graduation can be the most dangerous night of a senior's life due to drinking and driving, so every year the LBJ/LASA PTSA organizes a substance-free lock-in party for seniors on the night of graduation. We keep our kids safe while they commemorate their achievements as a community. Please share the link to our auction with your friends and family! The Auction closes December 7th and items will be available for winners the following week, just in time for Winter Break! Questions? Contact Auction Chair Laura Walton at lbjlasaprojectgrad@gmail.com. Thank You from the PTSA Project Graduation Committee!

Come See Fahrenheit 451
The Alley Cat Players are putting on a show of Fahrenheit 451 this Monday night at 7pm. It will be put on at the Don T. Hayes Performing Arts Center (the LBJ/LASA Theater). Tickets are $5 for students and $7 for adults. We welcome all to come and enjoy the art of literature.
"Loco for Cocoa" Donation Drive
The PALS class will be hosting their annual "Loco for Cocoa" event during midterms week in December by giving away FREE hot cocoa to faculty, staff, and students to boost morale during this stressful week. Last year, we raised $100 for EACH elementary school where we mentor, hand-decorated 200 cups with compliments and words of encouragement, served over 200 cups of cocoa, played over two hours of holiday music, and boosted morale for countless students!

We hope to have another successful drive this year with your kindness and generosity! PALS are able to give away free hot cocoa due to generous donations from people like YOU. We are in need of several items to help us put on the event this year.

The list where you can sign up to donate needed items can be found here. All donations can be dropped at Room 250 with Mrs. Skaer, the PALS sponsor. We appreciate your time and generosity in helping us put on this event!
