PFLASA Wellness Lunch Talk
Thursday, April 27, 11:20am - Noon   in the Band Hall. Meet us at lunchtime to hear from a LASA staff Wellness Counselor. Parents, Students, and Staff invited to attend this discussion facilitated with the local chapter of GLSEN, a non-profit organization that works to ensure that LGBTQ (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and questioning) students are able to learn and grow in a school environment free from bullying and harassment. Contact wellness@pflasa.org with any questions.
LBJ/LASA First Ladies Spring Show
The award winning First Ladies dance team presents their spring show "Youth" at 7pm on Thursday, April 27 and Friday, April 28 in the Theater.  Watch for ticket information coming soon!

So, what is Coffeehouse?
Coffeehouse is a unique LASA event. Think of a mini Austin City Limits under the stars! It's our very own student talent show / evening of entertainment held at a private outdoor location away from school. LASA students, alumni, and families all attend for an enjoyable evening of entertainment and socializing.
Corey Snyder, who teaches the song writing class at LASA, holds tryouts for the show during the spring semester and plans the program. Parents organize everything else! Our planning committee is in pretty good shape but mostly consists of junior and senior parents. We would love for some freshman and sophomore parents to join us so that we have a solid base for next year. We are a fun group and this is a great event, so please consider joining the planning committee.
Coffeehouse is a PFLASA community event organized by parent volunteers. It is not a fundraiser for PFLASA. Coffeehouse is intended to be a self-sufficient event. The event costs are covered by donations for wristbands and sponsorship donations. Food and drinks are donated by LASA families and students and are complimentary that night (old school potluck).
